Elf on the shelf

I decided to get on the Elf on the shelf bandwagon. I'm pretty excited about the "activites" our elf will do. We aren't reading the book since Santa isn't a threat in our house. We haven't told our girls that he watches if you are naughty or nice. I had to write a note explaining who the elf is and that the kids aren't to touch her for fear of brushing off her magic.
I'm hoping to post everyday what hijinx our elven girl (and friends) gets into.
