Sportball

Sofia is enrolled in Soccer Sportball, it teaches the fundimentals of the game in a fun way.  Tonight was "bring a friend night" and Sofia asked if she could bring Maizie.  Sofias reasoning was that Maizie says she always wants to go with Sofia and she's sad when she can't (um, ok. Maizie is still only speaking in one word sentences).  Still how cute is that!?!?

Sofia and Maizie went upstairs to get ready for class and Sofia dressed Maizie in her jersey from last year.  I am so proud of her, I thought it was extremely thoughtful.  Sofia always tells me that Maizie is her best friend.  I really hope that for most of their lives that is true!  (I'm expecting some rocky teenage years.)

Thanks Mom!

We just had a long visit from my Mom.  What a break for me!  I got a chance to slowly get used to mothering 3 smallies.  Solveig and I got a chance to figure ourselves out and the big girls got some much needed attention.  Mom got up with the big girls in the mornings which allowed me some extra sleep that was much needed.  She also helped a lot with housework.
Mom did special things with both Sofia and Maizie; lunch out, swimming, visit to see goats.  Both were spoiled with attention from her.  Solveig got spoiled by her too with extra cuddles when Mummy was busy.

Thanks for coming Mom.  It was so great of you to come.  We love you!

Sisters!

One month!

Oh how this month has flown by!  Solveig is a fantastic baby, I know that I am very blessed.  She now weighs 11.5lbs and has rolls and body dimples all over!  I am loving every single newborn second and I spend lots of time cuddling with her.  Her sisters are constantly loving on her and they are eager for her to get bigger so they can play more with her.
