I was recently sent some pictures of our time in Ethiopia and this picture from Sofias first birthday were in there. Proof I was a multi-tasking mother right from the beginning! Then I remembered that Grant had take a shot of me nursing Maizie and having a beer with him too. Ah, what a classy Mum I am!
The way I see it the best mothers don't forget to take care of themselves. If the Mumma is happy the family is happy!

This is hilarious!! Ha! Eden is usually my one stealing beer and drinking it, she thinks it's extra tasty!
Well it is a proven fact that beer does help a woman's lactation. I say enjoy--in moderation!!
